Chamomile tea is good for heartburn. It’s magical almost instant relief for me. I don’t know how bad yours gets, I assume if you take daily meds it’s pretty yucky. Give it a try and see if it helps.

What if you all got together and “picked names out of a hat” like secret Santa and did a haul like that but between many UA-camrs? Not sure how to ick a secret name from a hat over the internet but maybe have a coordinator associate named with numbers and everyone pick a number and the coordinator send private messages with the name…maybe….
